Request to book

Make sure to click and read the ‘FAQs’ page before filling out the form. When you are ready, fill out the form COMPLETELY. Please allow up to 2 weeks for a response.

  1. Send “Request to book” form completed.

  2. You will receive a text with the next available date for your tattoo appointment. The email will also contain my information to send your deposit. Deposits are $100 non-refundable and will go towards your tattoo. Deposits are required to hold your appointment.

  3. Please reply back right away confirming the date and any reference photos you might have.

  4. Please make sure to bring cash the day of your appointment, as we do not accept card, Venmo or Zelle as payment.
